For upward of a decade, we have served in various forms close to 800 schools around Nigeria, both within the public and private sector. We have delivered several intervention programmes aimed at helping our clients further improve their school operations, unleash staff potential and reach their goals in terms of student academic achievement. Thousands of school owners, board members, managers, teachers, non-teaching staff have either been trained, motivated or benefited from one of our learning platforms or the other.

However, several schools still struggle to achieve minimum standards in their operations. They still operate below their potentials and their owners and managers still think and believe that successful school operation is an illusion. Some are still bogged down with minor issues for which solutions have been proffered, but they are not aware of.
