Nelson Ayodele is the CEO/Managing Consultant of Standard Mandate International, an innovative educational and motivational consultancy outfit whose mission is to encourage the workforce within the school system to push beyond their self-imposed limitations, be personally accountable for their actions and to embrace world class standard. The outfit has been extensively involved with elementary and secondary institutions in Nigeria with over 400 schools, having participated in series of conferences, seminars and trainings for school Owners, Administrators, Teachers, Non-teaching Staff, Students and Parents.
Nelson Ayodele is a man of purpose and vision. His energy and style is contagious. He is a high-powered, high-energy speaker who will do an outstanding job of getting any audience motivated. He holds a first degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Ibadan, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, University of Lagos. He is presently pursuing an Executive MBA programme with the Business School of Netherlands. He is a minister of God with The Redeemed Christian Church of God.

Mrs Oluwakemi Ayodele is the director of Standard Educational Bookhouse(SEB) which is a subsidiary of Standard Mandate International (SMI).Sheis the programmes coordinator of Standard Mandate International programmes.She has been with the SMI from the inception.
She has post - graduate Diploma Degree in Education. She has worked in various schools as a teacher and as a consultant.
